Corporation for National and Community Services: provides options for organizations such as AmeriCorps, service learning and other endeavors that promote service.
Points of Light: Offers information about volunteerism and service for organizations, including opportunity to post volunteer positions.
Ohio Association of Nonprofit Organizations: This entity providers training and resources for nonprofit organizations, including standards of excellence.
Grants.gov: Listing of funding opportunities within federal agencies. This also is the site for application for most federal grants.
Duns and Bradstreet: An organization where you apply to receive a DUNS number which is a necessary prerequisite for applying for federal funding.
Foundation Center: A resource for locating private, corporate, community and family foundations. The site has a free foundation lookup that allows access to the most recent 990–the federal tax return for nonprofits and foundations, etc.
